I made turkey sausage patties for breakfast topped with tomatoes. For dinner I had more wonder soup, but I added turkey breakfast sausage to it and more tomatoes. I got tired of the soup on this day. I had turkey sausage and roasted veggies for breakfast. For lunch I had a stir- fry with chicken and veggies (so good) I had a spaghetti squash with tomato sauce and ground turkey for dinner. Spaghetti squash is off limits (starchy) but I had to have it! I hated this day because I wanted more meat, but I was glad it was the last day.
